This state of the art piece of equipment is used to cut and create multiple different types of applications pertaining to film, vinyl and fabric. The film that is being cut is loaded on to the machine and placed within parameters, the software then sends information to the plotters coordinates and control module and then the magic happens. The film then slides back and forth while a needle like blade cuts the film into the precise pattern of choice. Essentially a giant sticker that is backed by a lifetime (tint) or 10-12 year warranty (PPF). 

This state of the art software does quite a few amazing things. Paired with a Graphtec 9000 Plotter, together they create precision cut patterns to insure quality installation and optimal coverage with minimal blade contact on the vehicles vulnerable surfaces. This software was curated by Eastman Performance Films who has a division dedicated to pattern quality. Film that has to be significantly stretched to cover surface areas looses its integrity, it lessens the thickness of the film. By using pattern technology we are able to accurately gauge the appropriate size roll of film to minimize stretching and maximizing the integrity of your investment.
